After payment, please send the payment confirmation to the contact email or agreed communication channel.
Payment is made under the terms agreed in advance. The amount, currency, deadlines and payment format are specified in the agreement, invoice or contract.
A speaking date or consultation is confirmed after the terms are agreed and payment or prepayment is received.
Refunds, rescheduling or changes to the service format are reviewed individually and depend on the agreed terms.
